I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I sent this out to many of my friends we all need a choice to fax and complete forms ASAP

like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.

easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.

I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

User Friendly and Effective Audit Trail
Found it very user friendly when using it to get signatures. The audit trail is also simple and understandable in terms of tracking.

How do you write an extension on a contract?
Names, addresses, and signatures of the contracting parties. Name, start date, and end date of the original contract. End date of the extension period. Changes to the contract including addition, removal, and deletion of the terms agreed upon in the original contract.
What is a contract extension?
Contract Extension means an extension to the duration of the Contract, but not including any alteration to the scope of the Contract.
What is the difference between contract renewal and extension?
Contract extension: an existing contract is continued for a period of time. Contract renewal: an existing contract ends by, for example, expiring and the parties agree to enter into a new contract (usually for the same or very similar services).
What happens if a contract expires?
The parties' obligations do not end when the contract expires. They must bargain in good faith for a successor contract, or for the termination of the agreement, while terms of the expired contract continue.
How do you extend a contract that has expired?
Once an agreement has expired, you can't revive it. In legal terms, it no longer exists. What you can do, however, is created a new document with a new term. If both parties agree to it, the start of the new term can be backdated so that there is no period of time in which they are not covered by the contract.
Is an expired contract enforceable?
However, it is not legally possible to revive an expired contract in the eyes of the law, once a contract has expired, it no longer exists. And operating under an expired contract may lead to a substantial breach if it continues.
How long does a contract last with no expiration date?
there is no expiration date on the contract. It has been two yrs since we signed this contract. We are wanting to terminate this contract. The contract will not be held to last forever.
How do contract extensions work?
The extension cannot last more than five years after the expiration of the player's current contract (or five years for a player who is a free agent when signed), but can be negotiated and signed one year before the current contract expires. Additionally, once a player signs a DOPE, he cannot be traded for one year.
