This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I love that I can pull up any pdf form and fill in the blanks. I do a lot of work with the postal forms and this has been so helpful with keeping the information.
I wish you could just double click on a form and open the file, but nothing other than that
