So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

Application is predictable and user friendly, easy to handle. Most forms available within the website or easily finds them. Now when I need a form or fill one of mine documents I know is a done deal. Highly recommend PDFfiller.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.

It works
A simple to use platform that gets the job done as long as your prescription is up to date, all good. Can edit docs and pdf and save as doc and editable pdf's if required. That's all I need it for.
