Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. It is easy to use and there is no watermark which is really great when it is something that I am going to have to turn in professionally. They do a great job of making the pdf to write in

Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

A "Must have" business software.
I am a partner in a CPA firm. We regularly receive emails loaded with "pdf" attachments. It's a pain to open and print each one. PDFiller makes the process as simple as can be.
Simple to use. You literally drag all your "pdf" files into PDFiller and hit the merge key. Works like a charm, every time.
Really can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

PDFfiller is an asset to my work as an ESE teacher. Without it, I'd have no way to send forms which require digital signatures. I like that it is very easy to use and the link feature is great!
