When I registered I thought that it was only going to cost me $5.99 a month, but then my card got charged $19.99 and I was a little upset about that. But other then that it was a great benefit and I was able to do more things easier than I thought possible.

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc.
It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I am not very savvy with computers and am trying to learn more everyday. Your system was easy enough where I did not have to call my kids to help me figure it out. Stumbled upon this site looking for an easy way to put a pdf together. Great site. If you know how to work Adobe PDF platform, then this site will be easy for you to maneuver. Extra bonus is you get 30 days free to try it out. Literally, all of the features! Super awesome. Definitely give it a try.

Just like last year!
I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Can your password protect a PDF portfolio?
Choose Tools > Protect > More Options > Encrypt with Password. For a PDF Portfolio, choose View > Portfolio > Cover Sheet. Then choose Tools > Protect > More Options > Encrypt With Password.
How do I encrypt a password-protected PDF?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
