Confusing.. Registration gets you nothing.. then you end up paying then you can do something. Why Register if you cannot do anything with the form... does not make sense.

PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

I am delighted that I found this PDF filler own line. I tried Adobe; however, I could not understand how it works. This is simple and easy to use. It is not difficult to drag and drop a file and then begin to fill in the proper document.

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
