Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

What do you like best? I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update. What do you dislike? There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.
