PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.

Negates deciphering handwriting When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that. I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

What do you like best? Pdfiller Allows me to quickly complete documents and get them back to people and fax them in a timely manner without having to fumbling around with scanning documents What do you dislike? No downsides other than other people at my work don't use pdffiler and are slow to get there things done What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem of needing to complete and fax/email forms. I realized I should have never been hand completing this. Also bc I copy and paste I don't have to write a lot

The Fillable Log panel will appear on the right side of the screen. This panel displays a chronological list of all the changes made to the document.

The OSHA 300 log is part of a federal requirement concerning safety in the workplace. It is a form that must be filled out by employers and displayed in a visible area. The log records all applicable injuries or illnesses that occur in the workplace.
No, you must leave the names on the OSHA 300 Log. However, to protect the privacy of injured and ill employees, you may not record the employee's name on the OSHA 300 Log for certain “privacy concern cases,” as specified in paragraphs 1904.29(b)(6) through 1904.29(b)(9).
The Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (Form 300) is required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to classify work-related injuries and illnesses and to record the extent and severity of each case. Employers are required to complete the OSHA Form 300 log unless they are exempt.
The OSHA Form 300 is a form for employers to record all reportable injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace, where and when they occur, the nature of the case, the name and job title of the employee injured or made sick, and the number of days away from work or on restricted or light duty, if any.
Question 1: Under 29 CFR Section 1904.31, employers who supervise temporary or leased employees at their facility are required to maintain the OSHA 300 Logs for those employees. ... The temporary or leased employee provider is the only person/entity to have the information on days away from work.
Employers must save the OSHA 300 Log, the Form 300-A (annual summary), privacy case lists, and the Form 301 Incident Report forms for five years. The stored OSHA 300 Logs must be updated by the employer to include any newly discovered recordable injuries or illnesses.
Under OSHA's record keeping regulation, certain covered employers are required to prepare and maintain records of serious occupational injuries and illnesses using the OSHA 300 Log.
Form 300A should be displayed in a common area where notices to employees are usually posted. Employers with 10 or fewer employees and employers in certain industries are normally exempt from federal OSHA injury and illness record keeping and posting requirements.
Document retention: The OSHA 300 Log, the annual summary, and the OSHA Incident Report forms must be retained by employers for five years following the end of the calendar year that these records cover.
OSHA to employers: Injury, illness summary must be posted by Feb. 1. Washington Employers required to keep and maintain an OSHA 300 injury and illness log must publicly post their 300A summary sheet from Feb. 1 to April 30.
