Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

This is the greatest software for online documents
I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online

Initially
Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.

How to Use the Fine-tune Contact Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Fine-tune Contact Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily customize and personalize your contact documents. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Fine-tune Contact Document feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to fine-tune.

Once you have the document open, click on the 'Edit' button located at the top of the page.

In the editing toolbar, you will find the 'Fine-tune Contact Document' option. Click on it to proceed.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains various options to fine-tune your contact document.

Start by selecting the 'Contact Fields' tab. Here, you can add, remove, or rearrange the contact fields in your document. Simply drag and drop the fields to customize their placement.

Next, navigate to the 'Text Fields' tab. This tab allows you to add or edit text fields in your document. Click on the 'Add Text Field' button to insert a new text field, or click on an existing text field to edit its properties.

If you want to add a signature field to your document, go to the 'Signature Fields' tab. Click on the 'Add Signature Field' button and position it wherever you want in the document.

The 'Date Fields' tab allows you to add date fields to your document. Click on the 'Add Date Field' button and adjust its position as needed.

Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

You can now download or share the fine-tuned contact document with others.
