Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I am happy I have found your company. I appreciate your east steps to follow. I don't know if I am not understanding how to save each 1500 I complete as I need them to enter new dates as each week comes to bill.

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad
Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place.
Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

pdfFiller is really helpful
pdfFiller is really helpful. I'm really pleased that the customer service also gives quick response for my subscription problem and can handle it quickly

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

Super impressed by the level of support from these guys. They were on my problem within minutes and when it turned out I had the wrong level of subscription (I needed a lesser one) it was changed and updated straight-away - no questions asked. Really happy.
