it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text

I have only been using it a short time but it has made filling out some of my forms so much easier. I no longer have to print, fill out, scan and save.

I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

Takes a little getting used to and is easier to use on a laptop than on an android. Otherwise great features.

This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate. I'm on a government check and it's almost too expensive for me at this time. I hope that I can somehow afford to keep using this wonderful service, thank you so much!

pdfFiller Has Never Disappointed Me - They are My Trusted Admin Source
pdfFiller has never disappointed me with the choice of fillable forms and the ease of completing and saving the documents. For Form document completion, they are my Trusted Administrative Assistant, and I would not recommend any other company for the service they provide.

Easy but not so afdordable
Not too bad
Storage size of pictures. I can use over 50 pictures in the same document and the file will still be very small. This is important in my dirls
Constant updates slows down my production and take most of my time

Good
No Complaints but this survey popped up in the middle of drafting in the middle of the night. It would have been nice if it comes up later in the drafting.

What can you do if your contractor doesn't finish the job?
First, compile all paperwork. Fire them. File a claim if contractor is bonded. File a complaint with the state licensing board if contractor is licensed. Request mediation or arbitration. File a suit in small claims court. Hire an attorney. File complaints and post public reviews.
Do I have to pay a contractor for incomplete work?
If the job is incomplete and a solution cannot be found, you could stop paying the contractor, fire your contractor and/or hire another contractor to complete the job (remember to keep a paper trail of work completed and costs).
Can I refuse to pay contractor?
Most contractors make improvements to a property and, thus, increase the value of a property before obtaining full payment for their labor. If you refuse to pay, can a contractor file a mechanic's lien on your property and force the sale of your home? The answer is yes, but not without much effort and expense.

Can a contractor walk away from a job?
If you've worked in the construction industry at all, you're no stranger to slow payments. This unfortunate aspect of the business can drain motivation and resources quickly. A contractor might be entitled to walk off the job if they're going unpaid, but it typically isn't the best option to compel payment.
When can you withhold payment from a contractor?
You can withhold payments from a subcontractor if he does not perform the job in the time frame specified by contract. Most contracts contain penalties for every day that the contractor completes a job later than outlined. In addition, you may suffer damages as a general contractor.
When a contractor does a bad job?
Check to see if your contractor is a member of a trade association which may have a dispute resolution scheme you can use. If they are not, you can take your complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman to try to sort things out. Keep evidence for example photographs of shoddy work.
Do contractors pay for bad work?
Many contractors ask for half of their payment upfront before they begin a job. Bad idea. You should pay no more than one-third of the agreed-upon fee in advance. In some states, this is the law. That way, if you reach an impasse over work that hasn't been done correctly, or at all, you can withhold payment.
