The ease of use. The site makes it easy to make the changes needed.

The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used.

Excellent application but not sure if…
Excellent application but not sure if its worth $9 a month for an individual user working on domestic household forms. Definitely worth it if using for a small business.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the...
Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Excellent tool for managing and editing PDFs
This is a very convenient place to manage pdf documents. The lay out is simple and organized. I love that I can create templates and use those over and over as needed. Very handy tool.

How do you tell if a scammer is texting you?
Abnormally long numbers. If a text message is legitimate, it's usually from a number 10 digits or fewer. Family crisis texts. Receiving news of a family crisis is alarming. Text refund. Another common text scam comes in the form of a text refund. Random prizes.
Can you get scammed by replying to a text?
Do not respond to suspicious or unsolicited text messages, advises the FTC, warning that at least two bad things might happen if you do: Responding to the text message can allow malware to be installed that will silently collect personal information from your phone.
Can someone hack your phone if you respond to a text?
Yes, someone can hack your phone simply by texting you. This is more likely to occur on Android phones that allow installation from untrusted sources. Jailbroken iOS devices and rooted Android devices are also susceptible to text-based hacking.
Can responding to a text give you a virus?
The answer is an absolute YES. It seems odd that we hear about computers getting viruses or malware all the time, but it isn't either often that you hear of a mobile phone getting a virus. And yet it happens.
What happens if I reply to a spam text?
Directly replying to a spam text message lets a spammer know that your number is genuine. What happens next? They can sell your phone number to other spammers who might bombard you with promises of gifts and product offers.

Report Suspicious Activity If you receive a suspicious text message, alert AT&T by forwarding the text to 7726 (SPAM). Messages forwarded to this number are free and will not count toward your text plan. You can also contact the Fraud Department @ 800-337-5373.
What do you do when you get a phishing text?
If you got a phishing email, forward it to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at reportphishing@apwg.org. If you got a phishing text message, forward it to SPAM (7726). Report the phishing attack to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
