What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

I LOVE IT!!!! this tool is so awesome and user friendly. You can't get any better than this. and it shows it is only $8.00 a month, so cheap. :)

What do you like best?
The ability to import work documents into PDF Filler has made my life seamless.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn’t find PDF Filler earlier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

What is the most durable finish for a table?
Varnishes are ultimately the most durable finish but if it becomes worn, scratched, chipped or damaged over time, there is little choice but to sand back to bare wood and re-varnish.
What is the best top coat for a coffee table?
Your best bet would be varnish. I would recommend 5-6 coats of a wiping varnish like Arm-R-Seal. This will leave you with a beautiful finish that protects the wood from the abuse it will most likely see.
Is polyurethane good for a coffee table?
A sealant like polyurethane helps protect the new finish and gives your coffee table a durable topcoat with a slight sheen.
What should I finish a coffee table with?
Depending on your preferred aesthetic, you can opt for stain, paint, or a combination of both. Apply even coats in the direction of the wood grain, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
How do you get a smooth finish on a table?
Start with 120-grit sandpaper and work your way up to finer grits. Sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid scratches. Get a smooth surface by using progressively finer sandpaper until you finish with 180-grit. Remove all dust between sanding sessions with a tack cloth or vacuum.

Go with a polyurethane varnish. It's super tough, fairly heat resistant, easy to apply and usually turns out looking great. Both oil-based and water-based formulas are good choices, but most oil-based polys will cause the wood to take on a slightly amber tone (which I like), and it dries slowly.
