cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. Agreed that SUIT runs a little tight. I usually wear an L but ordered an XL in the guide jacket after reading reviews, it's pretty snug on the arms and chest and the sleeves are about 4 inches too long, I'd be afraid to go XXL and have the sleeves be even longer.
