some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

I bought this to use at work. It's so easy to use and keep documents looking professional. It's nice that it's cloud based so I can use it when working remotely as well. The mobile app is great too. A great resource for a great price.

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts

I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

It works for what its for and has some nice features like saved signatures. If you're commonly using this its probably worth getting.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I think you should be able to hit the tab and go to the next number box and it center it. There is probably a way to do that but I just don't know how.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised.
