When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I chatted with two reps for over an…
I chatted with two reps for over an hour each with no results. I then chatted with KARA and in less than five mins my problems were solved. Kara is earning her pay cheque, she is a true asset to this company. YOU NEED YO PAY HER MORE MONEY.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

I accidently was charged after trying…
I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
