I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

This is a great programme
This is a great programme - but as an individual, probably not quite what I wanted as it is a bit expensive for the odd document.

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. I have never experienced anything like this before.Thanks a lot again

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.

If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

PDF Filler service and support!
The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

Why is it taking so long to send a text?
Being in an old building with poor cell reception is another possible culprit. Problems with a mobile device may cause delays in text message transmission. The most obvious cause is a device that has been turned off, but a weak or uncharged battery may also negatively impact message delivery.
Why does text take so long to send?
The location of the sender or recipient can create a delay in text message delivery. What causes this varies from handset to handset, but common reasons are being on the border of two cell coverage areas or travelling at speeds above about 50 km/h. This is most likely happening if messages arrive all at once.
How long does it take for a text to send?
Short answer: The end user should receive the text message in 1-3 seconds. Long Answer: The delivery time depends on many factors. The text message is traveling from you (the content provider) to the application provider, then to the aggregator, then to the carrier, and finally to the end user.
How do I fix delayed text messages?
Go to Settings. Proceed to Applications. Select Manage Applications. Tap the tab. Choose the name of the problem app and tap it. From there, you will see the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons.
