With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Your features of creating folders and unlimited storage is great.
Sending documents to mobile phone is a great feature.

I enjoy updating documents without creating a entirely new document. I wish there was shading an area after you erase to match the background of the document.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

PDFfiller has made my drafting so much easier, since I can now easily convert a PDF to a document I can edit rather than having to recreate it from scratch.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.
