I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler.

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!
