The complaint has a First Count, Second Count, Third Count and Fourth Count. The form did not allow editing of the formatting to insert space for identifying the "Count" being addressed. Otherwise, the form was fine.

Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. I appreciate this so much in such an already stressful situation, thank you pdfFiller.

The form was fairly easy to alter and…
The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

I like how easy it is to navigate the site.

I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.

What is the meaning of nominee agreement?
A nominee agreement is an arrangement between two parties where one person consents to acting as a director, secretary or shareholder for a company which is owned by someone else.
How do you terminate a nominee agreement?
Either party to this Agreement may terminate the Agreement without cause by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days' written notice of its intention to terminate. This Agreement will terminate automatically in the event of its assignment (as defined in the 1940 Act).
