Totally worth the money! You can upload pdf's that aren't fillable and make them fillable. There are also tens of thousands of pdf documents available for downloading - not just forms, but also sample motions and briefs actually filed in court. So it's also a great tool for research.

What do you like best?
This program is user friendly. Very easy to use with icons and symbols that make to simple to navigate and get the document filled in, saved, emailed or printed very easily. I highly recommend this program for any size business that has PDF documents to fill out

This really works
My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice.
I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier
I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

Easy for On the Go Editing
This works great for creating editable PDFs & exporting them to clients. Can send for signatures and edit details for initial, etc.
I don't dislike it but it could offer more features for the price.

It is an amazing tool
It is an amazing tool. However, it is too expensive for me right now. Maybe with an option of an annual membership of $50, I will think about keeping it. However, $30 / month I cannot afford it.

What would make a contract unenforceable?
An unenforceable contract is a written or oral agreement that will not be enforced by courts. Contracts may be unenforceable because of their subject, because one party to the agreement unfairly took advantage of the other party, or because there is not enough proof of the agreement.
What does it mean when a contract is unenforceable?
An unenforceable contract or transaction is one that is valid but one the court will not enforce. If the parties perform the agreement, it will be valid, but the court will not compel them if they do not. An example of a transaction which is an unenforceable contract is a contract for prostitution under English law.
Is a voidable contract unenforceable?
Void contracts are unenforceable by law. Even if one party breaches the agreement, you cannot recover anything because essentially there was no valid contract. Some examples of void contracts include: Contracts involving an illegal subject such as gambling, prostitution, or committing a crime.

Which contract can be enforced?

How can a person enforce a contract?
