A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. In this sidebar, you will see a list of all the form fields in the document.

To fill out a form field, simply click on it in the sidebar. The field will be highlighted in the document, and a text box will appear where you can enter your information.

Continue filling out the form by clicking on each form field in the sidebar and entering the required information.

If you need to sign the form, click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar at the top of the page. A signature field will be added to the document, and you can sign it using your mouse or by uploading an image of your signature.

Once you have filled out all the necessary form fields and signed the document, click on the 'Done' button to save your changes.

You can download the filled-out and signed form as a PDF file by clicking on the 'Download' button in the toolbar.
