I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

Great Customer Service Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. The Form Editor Carbon Copy feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create multiple copies of a form with pre-filled data. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Once the form is uploaded, click on the 'Form Editor' tab at the top of the page.

In the Form Editor, you will see various editing tools on the left side of the screen. Click on the 'Carbon Copy' tool.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to customize the carbon copy settings. You can choose to include or exclude certain fields, add a watermark, and select the number of copies you want to create.
