Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.
Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

Gets the job done!
Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.
