I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

How do I print a carbon copy form?
Open the form file on your computer.
Place the top sheet of carbonless paper, which is the white sheet, in the paper feed tray of the printer, making sure the side that will be printed is the “image side,” which will be labeled as such.

How do you make carbonless forms?
Print the Correct Number of Sheets. Like all other printing, you must print carbonless paper one sheet at a time, so a 2-part form requires you to print two copies and a 3-part form requires you to print three copies.

How do I print a triplicate form?
Load a single triplicate set of blank, three-part carbonless paper (one sheet of each color) into the printer paper tray and print three copies of the form on the printer. Remove the printed forms from the output tray just as they are and gently align the edges of the paper.
