Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

What is API plan?
API PLAN 53A. Description. Forced circulation through a pumping ring of a barrier fluid in a pressurized tank with a pressure that is 2 bar higher than the product fluid. Objective. To prevent atmospheric contamination in the event of leaks, using the external seal (atmospheric side) as a safety seal.
What is API plan 11?
API seal plan-11 is one of the flushing plans that are implemented for single mechanical seals. The flushing fluid recirculates from the pump discharge to the seal through a control flow orifice. The flushing fluid removes the heat generated in the seal chamber due to the rotation of the mechanical seal faces.
What is API seal plan?
These are standardized flushing piping arrangements that are widely used in the industry. Customer specific variants of these plans are possible. API Piping plans help to ensure good conditions for mechanical seal operation as well as improving safety and pump reliability.
What is API plan 53b?
API Plan 53B circulates a pressurised barrier fluid between the inboard and outboard seals. Plan 53B has the advantage of not allowing gas absorption into the barrier fluid which may allow for operation at higher pressures than Plan 53A. Barrier fluid pressure should be monitored as an indicator of seal leakage.

What is Seal plan?
A flush plan is a strategic equipment arrangement that circulates fluid to or from the seal chamber in order to maintain proper lubrication, pressure, temperature, and solids management. There are many types of flush plans that are selected for certain applications, fluids, and seal configurations.
What is seal flushing?
Flushing of mechanical seals, on large industrial pumps, is used to extend the life of the seal by cleaning and/or cooling the seal. In either case a step-up in pressure, and/or flow control may be required, and a small Micropump pump is often used for that purpose.
