I didn't want to pay for the whole year but I've been charged for the full amount. Please cancel my membership and refund to the same credit card. If I do receive cancelation I'll dispute the charge.
I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.
like the fact I can fill and type.. but not easy to understand how to find forms, unless you pay for another part of service.>>??? is this correct
I have been using PDFfiller for years introducing the product to companies that I have been employed and in my personal life. I think it is a great product for producing documents, faxing, email, changing forms with ease or having documents signed in a quick and efficient manner. Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

Only used the free trial = it was easy…
Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.
Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.
