Really easy to use The web interface is really easy to use. The "wow" feature for me is that you can setup a default signature and copy and paste it on documents as you need. This has saved me from losing time with some legal documents I need to sign while I'm away.

Impressive customer service I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

You will get your EIN immediately upon completing this application. However, if you are an unauthorized third party completing this application for someone else, although the IRS will issue the EIN immediately, it will only disclose the number, in writing, to the addressee.
Generally, you need to apply to the IRS for a new Employer Identification Number, or EIN, for any new business. However, under certain conditions, you can use a previous EIN, such as for a limited liability company or a partnership.
Most online companies that provide incorporation services also include a service for getting an EIN, often charging $75 or more. You can do this yourself for free. To apply for an EIN, all you need to fill out IRS form SS-4 or file online. The IRS does not charge any filing fees to get an EIN.
If you do not include a return fax number, it will take about two weeks. If you apply by mail, send your completed Form SS-4 (PDF) at least four to five weeks before you need your EIN to file a return or make a deposit.
The decedent and their estate are separate taxable entities. Before filing Form 1041, you will need to obtain a tax ID number for the estate. An estate's tax ID number is called an employer identification number, or EIN, and comes in the format 12-345678X. You can apply online for this number.

The IRS may and may not notice the incorrect EIN. If they do while your refund is in process, they may send you a letter, in which case you simply tell them what happened. They may not notice it right away and will process your return. The IRS says to not file an amendment while your first return is in process.
One of the most common reasons you might find that you can't get EIN online is that your application comes back with a Reference 101 error. This often occurs because you have a conflict with your name on the application. Entity names must be unique.
Generally, businesses need a new EIN when their ownership or structure has changed. Although changing the name of your business does not require you to obtain a new EIN, you may wish to visit the Business Name Change page to find out what actions are required if you change the name of your business.

Beginning January 1, 2014, any entity with an EIN, such as a plan sponsor, must report a change in the identity of their plan's responsible party on Form 8822-B, Change of Address or Responsible Party — Business, within 60 days of the change.
