Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.

It is great to use for signing documents on the road with my phone, but i am concerned that the confirmation stamp is not widely accepted as a form of a signature.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

How do I speak to someone at DMV?

What is the best time to call the DMV?
Every DMV is a little different, but most of them list their best times for short waits on their website. As far as daily is concerned this is usually earlier in the morning (between 8-11 am), or later in the afternoon after the lunch rush (from around 2-4 pm).
How do you get the DMV to call you back?

What are DMV phone hours?
If you paid online and did not receive a confirmation of payment, please allow 72 hours and then contact the DMV call center at 1-800-777-0133 or 1-877-563-5213. The call center business hours are Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST and Wednesdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
How do you write a check to the DMV?
Make your personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to DMV and write your vehicle license plate number on the front of your check or money order. Do not mail cash. Credit cards cannot be used. For faster service, make an appointment online or call 1-800-777-0133 to make an appointment.
Can I email the DMV?
They do have a Twitter account for customer service, CA_DMV. They can answer basic questions Monday through Friday during business hours. There is also an email address, CPDCCSSM@dmv.ca.gov.
