I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Very effective tool that enables me to upload and mark students PDF assessments. I would love to learn more to speed up the process further and have some questions re adding colour to symbols i.e. tick symbol

How long do you have to keep certified payroll records?

How long do I have to keep employee payroll records?
How long to keep payroll records? You must keep all payroll records for at least three years, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA). And, you need to keep records that show how you determined wages for two years (e.g., time cards that comply with FLEA timekeeping requirements).
