I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

Great app - really easy to use. Doesn't change the quality of the document. Probably won't pay for it long term - I would pay £1 or something everytime i wanted to use it though...

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

How do you generate a unique random number?
In a column, use =RAND() formula to generate a set of random numbers between 0 and 1. Once you have generated the random numbers, convert it into values, so that it won't recalculate again and again to make your workbook slow.
Is Google Random Number Generator really random?
The Google random number generator is a computer algorithm and so cannot be random. It may be random enough for your purposes. Randomness is a matter of degree.
