I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

I like PDF filler the most when I would like to encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.
