I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. This program has allowed us to reduce the amount of time it was taking to complete our main work task by at least 50%. The only significant improvement that would increase our experience would be the ability to rotate any specific text input by 90 degrees.

Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

I want to acknowledge the amazing Customer service you have here. How he handled well my concerns. And thank you because I accidentally activated 2 account under my two emails.. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

I've been using different apps for years that take me about 15-30 minutes to change one document but with PDFfiller it took me less than two minutes! so worth the yearly fee.

PDFfiller fills out pdf file with e-sign perfectly helpful!
PDFfiller is useful enough if you know how to use it properly. This is utilized in our company for signing in our timesheet and it helps me to become more productive. In just a second I can automatically attach my e-signature.
In our company, we need to electronically sign in our time sheet every week and PDFfiller is one of the most useful online softwares that our company is using that can be shared anytime and anywhere. Using this software, I can easily attached my e-signature and I can easily submit the required document needed to process my payroll. Sharing the pdf is as easy as including the email of the persons whom you want to share your file. Using this software, I became empowered in the sense that I can do multiple jobs simultaneously while I am on the go with my work.
If you are not familiar with how pdf works, it is hard to use the advanced functionalities of this software. As a new user, you need to spend time navigating the useful features of PDFfiller. I also encountered an issue in converting pdf to word-document format.
