Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

What do you like best? I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I dislike about it.
