Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. Ease of use, variety of tools, and it has everything I need for my line of work which is Real Estate.

Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.

I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

PDF filler is a real time saver
PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back.
I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

The overall experience was good, the only thing I would say is to increase the number of signatures from 10 to 100 in the case of signatures for the same document.

We were out of town and needed an…
We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.
