PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

pdfFiller is a major player
pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.

Can you go over your preapproval amount?
When the House Costs More Than the Pre-Approval The pre-approval does not limit you to a certain home price. It only limits you to a certain loan amount. If you can make up the difference between out of your own pocket, then you could certainly offer more than your mortgage pre-approval amount on a house.
Does preapproval amount include down payment?
Preapproval letters typically include the purchase price, loan program, interest rate, loan amount, down payment amount, expiration date, and the property address. Getting a preapproval doesn't oblige you to borrow from a specific lender.
Does a preapproval letter guarantee a loan?
Pre-approval is not a commitment to lend you money. Nor is it a guarantee from the lender. It is simply the lender's way of saying they will likely approve you for a certain amount, as long as you clear the underwriting process with all of its checkpoints and requirements.
Does a preapproval hurt your credit?
Inquiries for pre-approved offers do not affect your credit score unless you actually follow through and apply. A pre-approval basically means that the lender thinks you have a good chance of being approved based on the information in your credit report, but it is not a guarantee.
How do you get a preapproval letter?
For your loan representative to submit your mortgage application for pre-approval, you must provide your last two years' tax returns and W-2s, thirty days of pay stubs, sixty days of bank account statements, and a signed authorization to order your credit report.
Can you be denied a loan after preapproval?
When you get pre-approved by a mortgage lender, they will start gathering a variety of financial documents. But the pre-approval is not a guarantee. Therefore, it's possible to be denied for a mortgage even after you've been pre-approved.
Can I change lender after preapproval?
Can you switch lenders? If you've been pre-approved for a loan and a home seller has accepted your bid, do you have to stick with that lender? Now unless you've signed a contract with the lender that states you can't switch lenders. But such a stipulation is uncommon, real estate experts say.
Can I change lender before closing?
Your mortgage lender plays a big role in your home purchase. If you're not even if you've locked your interest rate, put an offer on a home, or started submitting your documents you may want to consider switching mortgage lenders before closing on your loan.
