Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

I am a Landlord and own several properties
I am a Landlord and own several properties. I previously have used DocuSign to obtain a tenants signature on a tenancy agreement. PDFiller is so much more flexible and would give google all the stars they deceiver for this product. Many Thanks. Franz.

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

How do I let EDD know I found a job?
If you have recovered or returned to work, you must notify the EDD via SDI Online, US mail, or calling the DI office at 1-800-480-3287 immediately. If your claim is eligible for automatic payment, you will receive a Notice of Automatic Payment (DE 2587) form at the time your first payment is issued.
Can EDD find out if you are working?
The EDD collects employment data from employers and can detect unreported wages, so it is important that you report any earned wages to avoid committing UI fraud.
How long does it take unemployment to find out your working?
You will need to give the agency basic information, such as the address of your employer and the dates you worked for the company. Once you have filed your claim, if you qualify for benefits, you should receive your first check in two to three weeks.
Can you go to jail for claiming unemployment while working?
Unemployment Insurance Code 2101. If convicted of this offense as a misdemeanor, you face up to one year in county jail and a maximum fine of $20,000. If convicted of this offense as a felony, you face imprisonment in the California state prison for 16 months, two or three years, and a maximum $20,000 fine.
