It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

Used pdfFiller product during free trial period, met my needs with an important document that was needed to process timely application. Being retired, just do not need entire year of the service. Found it very user friendly when using it to get signatures. The audit trail is also simple and understandable in terms of tracking.

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

It's fine. Not as good as adobe but it is cheaper.
