I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

The instructions were clear and the mechanisms to enter and modify data was easy to understand and complete. I'm not facile with computer programs and this was easy for me to complete.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me

How do you give a 20-day notice?
The landlord must give written notice of the termination of the tenancy at least 20 days before the end of the rental period. For example, if the rent is due on the first of the month, and there are 31 days in the month, then the landlord must give the written notice to the tenant by the 10th of the month.
How much notice must a landlord give a tenant prior to requiring them to move out?
It is generally accepted that tenants must give the landlord at least 30 days' notice prior to the date of lease termination. Some states require more than 30 days' notice, so check your local laws and your lease agreement.
What happens if you don't give 30 days notice before moving?
If you fail to give proper notice, you may have to pay rent for another month or for the length of your lease if it automatically renewed. However, there's always the option of subletting your apartment if your landlord and/or lease allow for it.
Can I move out before my 60-day notice is up?
Because you are now month to month, the general rule under California Civil Code section 1946.1 is that your landlord can serve you with a 60-day notice to terminate tenancy in writing without saying why she wants you to move out.

Do I have to pay rent if I give a 30-day notice?

However, if you are in lack of funds or simply not willing to pay rent. Don't pay the rent, your landlord will automatically adjust from refundable security deposit.
How does it work when you give your 30-day notice?
The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease. For example, if a landlord wants the tenant to vacate on February 1st, they would need to give a 30-day notice at least 30 days before February 1st.
