I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. Easy to use.
It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.
