All good. I do not like the stamp Verified By PDF filler that is attached. I wish you could email the complete forms from your own email address as well.

How do you create a group text?
To create a contact group in Android, first open the Contacts app. Then, tap the menu button on the top left of the screen and tap “Create label.” From there, enter the name you want for the group and tap the “OK” button. To add people to the group, tap the “Add Contact” button or plus sign icon.
How do you create a group on iPhone?
Tap the +icon on the bottom right. Tap New Group. Enter the group name. Tap No Contacts — Add Some. Tap any contacts you want to add to the group. Tap Done in the upper left corner to add the selected contacts to your new group. Tap Done to complete the group.
How do you turn on group messaging on Android?
Go to the main screen of your messaging app and tap the menu icon or menu key (on the bottom of the phone). Then tap Settings. If Group Messaging isn't in this first menu it may be in the SMS or MMS menus. In the example below, it's found in the MMS menu. Under Group Messaging, enable MMS.

Why are my group texts coming individually Android?
Go to Send message settings. Disable to Send as Split Threads setting so that all of your group text messages are sent out as individual threads instead of sending one thread when group texting. Tap the back button on the phone to return to the Settings menu. Select the security and privacy option.
Why are my group texts coming individually iPhone?
If you're trying to send group MMS messages on an iPhone, go to Settings > Messages and turn on MMS Messaging. If you don't see an option to turn on MMS Messaging or Group Messaging on your iPhone, then your carrier might not support this feature.
