How do I highlight a link in a PDF?
Change the appearance of a link Select the Add or Edit link tool (Tools > Edit PDF > Link > Add or Edit). Double-click the link rectangle. In the Appearance tab of the Link Properties dialog box, choose a color, line thickness, and line style for the link. Select a highlight style for when the link is selected:
