Filling in the pdf was great, however when I saved the file using "Save As" the text was not spaced out in the boxes but overwritten making it difficult to read.

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. Can page numbers be outside margin?

How do I show margins in PDF?
From the main menu, click on Edit, then Preferences. From the left-hand list of features, select Units & Guides. Set up the grid lines ing to the settings in the image below. Please see the attached image on how to set up the grid lines to match the University page margin requirements.
How do I add page numbers and margins?
Select Insert > Page Number, and then choose the location and style you want. If you don't want a page number to appear on the first page, select Different First Page. If you want numbering to start with 1 on the second page, go to Page Number > Format Page Numbers, and set Start at to 0.
