With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love this PDF editor. Two questions: 1. Do you have an off-line version? 2. Do you have a function to edit existing text instead of erasing the text?

The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
