I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.
