I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Excellent, fair, easy to use.
pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that.
I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs.
The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

I am a very very episodic PDF user and the small try out price I paid to use this program was like buying gold at $25 an ounce. It saved me sooo much time. If I had a regular need I would glady pay the annual fee this program is awespme

Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support
I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features.
On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly.
The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform.
Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.

How do I account for an embedded lease?
As a general rule, an embedded lease exists if there is an explicit or implicit identified asset in the contract and the customer controls use of the asset. If you identify an embedded lease, you may need to separate the contract into its lease and nonlease components and allocate consideration to each.
What is an embedded lease?
Simply put, embedded leases are components within contracts that entail the use of a particular asset, where the user has control over that asset. You might be surprised at some types of contracts that often contain embedded leases, even though the contract may not contain the word lease.
Does a contract contain a lease?
A contract can be (or contain) a lease only if the underlying asset is 'identified'. Put simply, if the customer controls the use of an identified asset for a period of time, then the contract contains a lease.
What is considered a lease?
A lease is a contract outlining the terms under which one party agrees to rent property owned by another party. It guarantees the lessee, also known as the tenant, use of an asset and guarantees the lessor, the property owner or landlord, regular payments for a specified period in exchange.
What is a right of use asset?
The right-of-use asset is a lessee's right to use an asset over the life of a lease. At the termination of a lease, the right-of-use asset and associated lease liability are removed from the books of the lessee. The difference between the two amounts is accounted for as a profit or loss at that time.
Is a lease considered an asset?
Accounting: Lease considered an asset (leased asset) and liability (lease payments). Payments are shown on the balance sheet. Tax: As owner, lessee claims depreciation expense, and interest expense.
Is a leased car considered an asset?
When you purchase a vehicle, it becomes an asset, and you own it, though a finance company may have an interest in it if you have a loan. Because ownership of a leased car doesn't pass to you, it isn't your asset. Lease payments are, however, a monthly expense or liability.
Do leases go on balance sheet?
