some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

How do you reference an exhibit in a contract?
Any exhibit or schedule attached to a contract would necessarily be referred to in the body of the contract. That reference by itself is all that's required to make the exhibit or schedule part of the agreement.
How do you reference an exhibit in a document?
Complete the legal document to determine where to attach the exhibit. Include a typed notation within the body of the legal document where the exhibit should be referenced. Label the exhibit with the assigned identifying number or letter. Insert a tab page at the end of the legal document.
What is an exhibit in a document?
”Exhibit: a document or thing produced for the inspection of the Court. Or shown to a witness when giving evidence or referred to in deposition. Or a document referred to in, but not annexed to, an affidavit.”
How do you reference attachments in a document?
When sending an attachment, include the word, Attachment on the bottom left side of the letter with a semi-colon and the number of the attachment. You should also mention in the body of the letter that an item is attached (or multiple items are attached) that enhance or further explain information in the letter.
How do you reference an addendum in a document?
Type the word “Addendum” at the top center of the page, press the Enter key, and then write the title of the addendum. Press the Enter key again, and then change the paragraph alignment so that the cursor is moved to the left of the page.
Where do exhibits go in a contract?
An exhibit is something that's referred to in the document and is attached to the end of the document to that the reader can see it for himself (so the document can say “according to the contract, attached as exhibit A”).

In a contract sense, an exhibit is a document with an identifying mark, such as a number or a letter, and it is a part of the contract. These documents could be called: Exhibits.

Exhibits are not considered to be part of the definitive agreement. Exhibits can be instruments, notices, stand-alone agreements, or any other documents that the parties anticipate will be necessary to fulfill the intent of the definitive agreement.
