I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

Everything is alright, and serves my needs.
Good value-for-money fairly easy to use.
Cannot easily find all the forms that I want to use. And some I believe are not available.

If you work daily with PDF documents, this is a must for you
It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan
Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring out things.
I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. How do I convert a PDF to Solid Edge draft?
If the PDF contains vectorial information you can convert it to DXF with any free online tools and then import it to a sketch. If the PDF contains raster information you can just save it as an image and insert it in a sketch. Hope you find these useful.
Can you convert PDF to CAD?
PDF underlays in drawings created with previous AutoCAD releases can be converted into editable drawing geometry using the PDFIMPORT command. Prior to AutoCAD 2017, it was not possible to convert a PDF file to a DWG file using AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT. PDF files could only be inserted as underlays (external references).
