User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

Customer Service Online messaging rep..
I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

A no-nonsense PDF editor that does what it promises
PDFfiller is a straight-forward, easy to use PDF editing solution, and the greatest pro is the online drag and drop interface!
It obviously lacks the features of Bluebeam and Adobe, however if you know that going in, you won't be disappointed as it does exactly what most people need.

The check mark feature is cool but did not work as smoothly as I'd like. It sometimes just snaps out of the center of where I want to check mark.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. How do I import a document into Final Draft?
Open Final Draft; Go to File > Open; Navigate to where the file was saved; (Windows only) -- change Files of Type to All; Double-click the file to open it; When prompted, import it as a Script (or Screenplay). Can I import a PDF into Final Draft?
Final Draft 12 can open a text-based PDF file and accurately import title pages and formatted script content. Older versions of Final Draft do not have this ability. For information about upgrading to Final Draft 12, click HERE.
