What do you like best?
Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed
Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

It was easy to use and did want i needed to do. However, we starting I selected monthly only to discover it is charging me annually after registering. I didn't like that. Kind of expensive at that rate.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.

Can you send IRS forms electronically?
Answer: Yes, you can file an original Form 1040 series tax return electronically using any filing status. Filing your return electronically is faster, safer, and more accurate than mailing your tax return because it's transmitted electronically to the IRS computer systems.
Can I upload documents to IRS?
The IRS Document Upload Tool enables digital correspondence with the taxpayer by providing a URL and a time-limited unique access code to a specific taxpayer so they can upload their documents to the IRS.
How do I attach forms to my tax return?
Each form that you need to attach to your Form 1040 or 1040A has an "attachment sequence number" printed in its upper right-hand corner. When assembling your tax return, place the forms in order of their sequence, with Form 1040 (or 1040A) on top.
Can you submit a PDF to the IRS?
Securely upload scans, photos or digital copies of documents as JPEGs, PNGs or PDFs. Receive a confirmation that the IRS received your documents. The IRS employee assigned the case will then retrieve your uploaded documents.
How do I add a PDF to Turbotax?
For an individual return: Go to the Input Return tab. On the left-side menu, select General, then select Electronic Filing. Click on the e-file PDF/Miscellaneous screen. Select the e-file Attachment hyperlink at the top right. Click on the Attach PDF button. Locate the PDF on your computer in the window that appears.
